This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and regulates the relationship between the online store GreenIron (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Seller’) and the individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Buyer’) who places an order, purchases goods and uses the services offered on the website.

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms their agreement with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Seller sells goods remotely through the online store in accordance with this Agreement.

1.2. The Agreement is public and legally binding for all persons making purchases on the website.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice, and such changes shall take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

2. Order placement

2.1. The order is placed by the Buyer independently on the Seller's website or with the help of a manager.

2.2. After placing the order, managers receive a notification and contact the Buyer via messenger (Telegram, Viber or other) to clarify the details and send payment details.

2.3. Placing an order means the Buyer totally agrees to the terms of this offer.

3. Price of goods and payment

3.1. Prices are listed on the website in British pounds, including all taxes according to Ukrainian law.

3.2. Payment for the goods is made online using the details via bank transfer (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) after agreeing the details with the manager.

3.3. After making the payment, the Buyer undertakes to notify the Seller and, if necessary, provide proof of payment (e.g. a screenshot or receipt).

4. Delivery of goods

4.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by the Nova Poshta service (to a branch, post office or by courier).

4.2. Delivery time is 1–3 working days, depending on the region.

4.3. The cost of delivery is determined according to the carrier's rates.

4.4. Shipment is made only after confirmation of payment.

5. Return and exchange of goods

5.1. According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19 March 1994, food supplements are classified as food products that are not subject to return or exchange if they are of good quality.

5.2. GreenIron considers customer requests for exchange or return on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, provided that the goods are in good condition, the packaging is undamaged and proof of purchase is provided.

5.3. If the Buyer refuses the goods, the Seller shall refund the amount paid, minus delivery costs, no later than 20 days after the relevant request is made.

6. Responsibility of the parties

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services.

6.2. The Seller shall not be liable for contact details incorrectly provided by the Buyer.

6.3. The Buyer shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

7. Personal data protection

7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Protection of Personal Data’.

7.2. The data is used exclusively for processing orders and is not transferred to third parties, except as provided by law.

8. Other terms

8.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. This agreement is an official document and is available on the GreenIron website.
