At the same time, GreenIron approaches each customer individually and may consider the possibility of exchange or return on an exceptional basis.
Return of goods of good quality is possible if their appearance, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
2. If the Buyer refuses the goods, the Seller shall refund the amount paid for the goods, minus the costs associated with delivering the goods to the Buyer and removing the goods from the Buyer, no later than twenty days from the date of the Buyer's request.
